CANCELLATION REFUNDMENT & CUTOFF PROCEDURE

You may find below cancellation, refundment and cutoff policies for the events held by Almir.


The terms for registrations that included only congress, course, education and/or seminar attendance:

30 days to event: 20% cut of the total price
29-15 days: 30% cut of the total price
14-7 days: 50% cut of the total price
No refund if the date closer than 7 days.


The terms for registrations that included also travel package beside congress, course, education and/or seminar attendance:

45 days to event: 20% cut of the total price
44-30 days: 40% cut of the total price
29-15 days: 70% cut of the total price
No refund if the date closer than 15 days.


CONDITIONS

– The participant requesting the cancellation and / or the companion must submit the request in writing to info@datc.ist or fax to +90 850 399 73 32

– In the case of cancellations, the date on which the email or fax reaches the Almir will be based on.

– If the payment was made by using credit card; after the deductions which are made by the bank according to the number of installments, the above deduction rates are applied on the remaining amount.

– For currencies, rates of The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey will be applied.

– The refund payments are made within 45 business days after the last day of the course, education, seminar or congress.

– If the payment was made in installments, the refund payment is made within 45 working days after the last installment date.
